Chef Vikramjit Roy, 39, is widely celebrated as one of India’s culinary trailblazers for developing and advancing progressive Asian cuisine in the subcontinent. His over two-decade long career has seen him work with the country’s top luxury hotel groups including The Oberoi Group, Taj Hotels and ITC Hotels.

In addition, the chef conceived and led iconic restaurants Pan Asian in Chennai and Tian in New Delhi under ITC Hotels. He also spent five years in Japan, working as Masaharu Morimoto’s protégé with notable stages in Heston Blumenthal’s R&D team as well as at Hong Kong’s three-Michelin-starred Bo Innovation.


At Ahāra, he has conceived a contemporary menu celebrating the diversity of India’s food cultures. The result is a luxe, unpretentious experience of India’s overlapping regionalities that blends the legacy of many lifetimes.

Restaurant Manager

Leading the front-of-house at Ahāra is Pushpinder Singh, a seasoned general manager with over eight years of experience in hospitality and restaurant management. Having managed large and well-known F&B brands in Singapore, diners at Ahāra are assured a warm and pleasant experience.
